Message serves the same purpose on a NA as a TT, reduces vacuum at the fuel pressure regulator when the fuel rail temp is high to reduce the chance of a vapor lock. I've been running without mine for a month now on a tt with no problems. If you delete it just make sure that you retain the vacuum source to the fpr.
